What if the way we make herbal remedies today is missing the most powerful part?
Discover a 2,000-year-old Vedic technique that doesn't just heal the body—but aligns your energy, mind, and spirit.
Vedic Approach to Herbal Remedy Creation
This ancient medicine is a very specific target oriented way, where each herb was considered synergistically. The intention is to heal the mind, body, and spirit. The creation process involves more than just mixing herbs—it includes chanting during preparation and infusing the remedy with the energy of the morning sun. Everything carries energy, so even the person who creates the product plays an important role in its final vibration. Simultaneously the preparations can take from 3-65 days in which some of the products continuously stirred clockwise or anti-clockwise.
Just like the saying “Everything tastes better when made with love,” to a certain degree is true. It’s because our energy influences things around us.
Why Energy matters in Herbal Creation
Each herb is seen as an energy force (dosha’s) and each herb won’t be the same for each person. Everyone comes with their own type of energy force, which is why some herbal preparations suit one person but not the other. Understanding your body first is an integral part of healing yourself. This is the basis of Ayurvedic healing, where the focus is on energy balances in ones body, making it a very personal approach to healing.

Tridosha & Bile – Ayurveda
There are so many thought processes that go into creating a herbal remedy, including the timing of when to take such medicines to how to take them. For example sometimes taking the medicine with ghee before lunch enhances the bioavailability more than taking it at another time. Taking pepper with turmeric increases the bioavailability by 7x more. There is a synergy with each herb and some herbs work best with others.
